Copy v2: trimmed, the order blurb cut, no numbered features. Home: storefront photo, today's hours with open/closed, address, six menu items with photos. Menu: category rail sticks under the header and follows your scroll. Fixes: joe.coffee spacing.

Their own voice. White, sticker orange, condensed type, highlight boxes.
Copy v3: every line sourced from what the shop actually wrote or printed (Square descriptions, door decal, cup sticker, chalkboard, IG story); nothing invented, no tagline. Home: the sign, the sticker, the board, their drink names. Menu: sticky chips, their descriptions as typed, *16oz only notes kept. About: facts plus customers quoted.

White Label
Plain statements. White, grey rules, one sans, no flourish.
Copy v4: full sentences that state facts; no fragments, taglines or closers. Home: information first, hours table, address, order link, then the menu summary. Menu: one dense table with sticky section headers and size notes. Order: says exactly what happens.

Gatefold
Photo-led. Charcoal, white type, the pictures carry it.
Copy v2, kept to captions. Home: edge-to-edge mosaic of the shop's real photos with name and price on each tile; hours and address in a thin top strip. Menu: photo cards in a grid; the sticky category bar FILTERS the grid instead of scrolling to it; items without photos become text tiles. Nav: top bar only, order button always in view.

Jukebox
Menu-first. The whole menu is the home page, one column, monospace prices.
Copy v3 (their words). Home IS the menu: all 76 items on one page with a live search box and a sticky sidebar (desktop) / top bar (mobile) holding hours, order button and categories that follow your scroll. No separate menu destination; About and Gallery are short secondary pages. Nav: sidebar, not a header.
